tomato concasse
garlic roasted and slivered
oregano fresh chopped
s&p

rub steak with oil s&p and oregano. saute in preheated pan when desired donness remove and rest. toss tomatoes and garlic in pan with a splash of oil. add a little butter and pour on steak.
