Italian sausage and Kale soup

  • 1 lb italian sausage mild
  • 2 cans cannolini beans
  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • red chili flakes
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • s&p
  1. remove sausage and sautetill golden brown add garlic and a pinch of red pepper flakes. drain and rinse cannolini beans. add 1/4 cup of stock to pan and deglaze. add cannolini beans. and rest of stock. add kale and cook till real tender. s&p to taste
  2. if you like it spicier add more red chili flakes
