green pork stew herdez

  • ½ lb pork diced
  • ¼ cup flour, s&p
  • ½ cup onion, white or yellow diced
  • 24 oz Herdez salsa verde mild, bottle
  • 1 chilis, small can med heat
  • 1 potatoes, large russet diced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  1. add potage flour pork and brown add garlic and cumin and onion(don’t burn) , add chicken stock and scrape up all the bitts from bottom .add potatoes and herdez. cook till tender on low heat about 11/2 hour
