add gran garlic, s&p, cumin with flour and coat pork well in pot with hot oil brown meat, pull meat add splash of oil and cook carrots and onion , 5 min. add diced tomato chilis and cook 2or 3 min.add meat back in and fresh garlic and chick stock ,oregano and bayleaf. add potatoes
