saute onion in butter when onion is starting to brown take out and keep aside make patties with s&p garlic and onion powder add 2 table oil and patties cook un till done and remove. return onions and 2 cup beef broth and reduce by half . using cornstarch (2 tbl corn starch 4 tbl water) and to broth it will thicken add s&p to taste set patties in sauce for 2 min then plate
