Cowboy Steak Rub

  • ¼ cup new mexico chili powder
  • ¼ cup ancho chili powder
  • 0.1 cup salt
  • 4 tbl pepper
  • 3 tbl granulated garlic
  • 3 tbl cumin powder
  • 3 tbl onion powder
  • olive oil
  1. mix well. wonderful on steaks with a little olive oil before putting them in the pan
