in a mixer or food processor put egg, mustard and garlic and blend till garlic is pretty smooth.salt and slowly drizzle oil if you add oil to fast it will break. about a third way thru oil stop oil and drizzle water. start oil again until it is heavy cream consistency. add lemon ,anchovies and there oil. pepper to taste.
