Beer Batter (simple fish)

  • 4 cup flour
  • 1 beer
  • ½ tbl pepper
  • ½ tbl salt
  • ½ tbl Baking powder
  1. mix dry ingredients well. add beer slowly while whisking.
  2. ( can add a little old bay, or dill or even fresh chopped parsley)
